A current resume that includes a history of solo and group shows, education, and any work-related experience. |

An artist's statement about your work you are proposing. |

A typed inventory listing of the works included in your package, which states the artworks' title, year, media, size, and suggested retail price. All items included in the package must be labelled with your name, address, and phone number. |

A self-addressed stamped envelope in which to return your materials, if you wish them to be returned. |
